Mobil started as a small dream between two people who wanted to bring something honest back to the neighborhood — bread that smells like Sunday morning, pastries that actually taste like butter, and a counter where your name matters.
Today, we're still doing the same thing, just with a fuller oven. Every loaf, every croissant, and every batch of cookies is made in-house, using recipes passed down through generations and ingredients we're proud to stand behind. We're not a chain. We're not fast. We're just good, and we're right here on Harwin Drive.
